Quick Start
Install the Embedded App
The Sandspit embedded app runs inside Procore. After installing the Procore app, configure the Sandspit link so the embedded app appears in your Procore navigation alongside your other tools. This step is optional.
Note
Not needed for the Excel add-in
If you're using Sandspit through the Excel add-in, you can skip this. The add-in signs in with your Procore account and doesn't need a navigation link. See Install the Excel Add-in.
When you need this
Configure the link if you want your team to open Sandspit from inside Procore, next to tools like Change Events and Direct Costs. It makes the embedded Sandspit web app reachable from Procore's navigation.
Prerequisites
- The Sandspit Procore app installed for your company. See Install the Procore App first
- Procore admin permissions to configure app links
Configure the link
After installation, configure the Sandspit link so it appears in your Procore navigation. Once saved, Sandspit appears in Procore for users who have the required app and project access.
