Quick troubleshooting
Excel add-in: taskpane is blank or stuck loading
Make sure third-party cookies are enabled for sandspit.app. In Excel on the web, refresh the workbook tab. In Excel desktop, close and reopen the workbook. If you still see a blank pane, sign out via the ⋯ menu in the taskpane and reconnect.
Excel add-in: "Sandspit" button missing from the ribbon
The Sandspit button appears on the Home tab once the add-in is loaded. If you do not see it, close and reopen Excel. If the add-in was never installed, follow Install the Excel add-in to add it from Microsoft Marketplace.
"Connect to Procore" sends me back to the sign-in screen
Clear your browser cookies for procore.com and sandspit.app, then try connecting again. If the loop continues, make sure your Procore account has access to the project you are trying to use.
